Yoga for fertility has specific guidelines we believe will help increase your chances of conceiving. There is a study showing infertile women who practiced mind/body techniques that included yoga and meditations conceived at a rate 3 times greater than that of the control group. Within a year after the program, 55% of the mind-body group became pregnant compared to only 20% of the control group. 42% of those pregnancies were conceived naturally!!!
