Do I Have To Stop Working Out?
LADIES! I am back! F*ck it feels so good. I stopped running and HIIT training because I wasn’t getting pregnant and studies do say this (intense workouts) can be a reason why you are struggling with getting pregnant.
Not sure I believe this one for ME. I do advise for others to look into this especially if you have not been an athlete most of your life. My body is used to intensity.
What I confirmed after not working out for almost a year and then coming back into it is, I NEED this! I need the endorphins for my body, mind, and soul. It is a part of me and I trust that this is not what the issue is.
Listen to your doctors, but listen to your body as well!! The thing is, the body, it speaks quietly. You need to give yourself time to be still and quiet so you can listen. “Noise” can get in the way. TRUST and also be aware of your menstrual cycle. Depending on what phase you are in will guide you through what kind of workout to do (more on this later).
